Regarding of warranty and further recalls:
Restorative, implant review is due by the implant surgeon on a timely base to provide warranty.
Placed implants and restorative solutions are followed up for at least 10 (5+5) years after implant placements. For this reason please provide a contact email AND register for this follow up. In case of registration you will be able to access your results / forms.
Registration details will not be used for other purposes than this follow up; not to be share with 3rd party.
